1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the Terms) and all referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility and account

  • You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • If you create an account, you must keep credentials confidential and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial viewing of information and for contacting us. You must not:

  • breach any law of the United Arab Emirates or the Emirate of Dubai
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • upload or transmit malware, phishing, spam, or automated scraping
  • attempt to bypass security, test vulnerability, or overload the Site
  • interfere with the Site or other users
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation
  • post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or contrary to public order and morals

5. Information only - no advice

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You should obtain independent advice before acting.

6. Intellectual property

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to TECHINVEST GROUP - FZCO and protected by applicable laws.
  • You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal use.
  • You must not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written consent.

7. User content

  • If you submit or upload content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it for Site operation.
  • You represent that you have all rights to submit such content and that it is accurate and lawful.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Third-party links and tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

9. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that processing as described.

10. No warranties

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • TECHINVEST GROUP - FZCO and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
  • Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of AED 500 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TECHINVEST GROUP - FZCO and its affiliates from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Site or other users. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you under these Terms end immediately.

14. Changes to the Site

We may modify or discontinue the Site, features, or content at any time without notice.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date and become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Compliance with laws

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai when using the Site, including laws relating to content standards, cybersecurity, and public order.

17. Export and sanctions

You represent that you are not subject to sanctions and will not use the Site in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

18. Force majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including disasters, acts of authority, network failures, or cyberattacks.

19. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices on the Site, form the entire agreement between you and TECHINVEST GROUP - FZCO regarding the Site.

22. Governing law, mediation, and arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Mediation: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Dubai Mediation Centre (part of DIAC). Parties must attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by mediation within 30 days of referral.

Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved by mediation within that timeframe, it shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DIAC rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The award shall be final and binding on the parties.

23. Language

These Terms are drafted in English. If translated, the English version will prevail in case of conflict.
